Terra nullius

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at this moment.”

Eckhart Tolle

Development of conscientiousness not evolution of consciousness is of prime numero uno's concern.

I have heard it said that in some nations laws have been past that prevent one from tying up a Giraffe to an electricity supply pole. One wonders if that ruling is not applicable to elephants? Such is the state of the law in relation to good old plain know how and know why common sense.

First-time visitors to Old San Juan simply cannot leave without visiting El Morro. The fortress is one of the most impressive structures on the island, encapsulating Puerto Rico’s role as a guardian of the New World. Within these walls, you can feel the awesome power this bastion of defense once commanded, and you can bear witness to nearly half a century of military history that began with the Spanish conquistadores.

The Americas had their day in 1492 as "Terra Nullius" had its day in 1770. n-joy=peat<8<(1)>
